How long does shipping take?
Complimentary express across Pakistan takes 2–3 business days. International orders arrive within 5–8 days via DHL Premium.
Can I return a stitched piece?
Unstitched and pret are eligible for 14-day exchange. Custom couture is final sale — we offer a free fitting session before dispatch instead.
Do you offer bespoke tailoring?
Yes. Our couture team accepts a limited number of bespoke commissions each season. Reach out via WhatsApp to schedule a consultation.
How should I care for embroidered pieces?
Dry clean only for all embroidered and organza pieces. Lawn and unstitched can be gently hand-washed in cold water.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and cash on delivery within Pakistan.
How do I book a bridal appointment?
